A transformative mentorship experience designed for teens aged 13-18 at Autumn's Rainbow Youth Community Center. This program empowers young people to discover their leadership potential through trauma-informed guidance and culturally responsive practices. Participants will develop essential leadership skills including communication, decision-making, community advocacy, and self-awareness. Through supportive mentorship and healing-centered activities, teens will build confidence, embrace their authentic selves, and learn how to create positive change in their communities.
