A Healing-Centered Relaunch for 2026
After a season of reflection, refinement, and growth, For the Love of H.E.R.™ is relaunching—stronger, clearer, and more deeply rooted in healing-centered care.
At its core, For the Love of H.E.R.™ is a trauma-informed wellness and prevention program created for Black girls and women to heal, learn, and reclaim their voice in safe, affirming spaces. This relaunch reflects our commitment to meeting participants where they are—emotionally, culturally, and spiritually—while providing practical tools for long-term wellbeing.

Why This Relaunch Matters
Too many girls and women navigate life carrying unspoken trauma, emotional overwhelm, and limited access to culturally responsive support. For the Love of H.E.R.™ was created to address this gap—centering healing, empowerment, and resilience without shame, pressure, or judgment.
This next chapter builds on community feedback, lived experience, and best practices in trauma-informed engagement. The program now integrates:
Emotional awareness and regulation
Healthy boundaries and consent education
Sexual abuse prevention and personal safety
HIV/STI education and body autonomy
Empowerment, identity, and future visioning
Each session is facilitated with care, structure, and intention—prioritizing safety, choice, and participant voice.
What Participants Can Expect
For the Love of H.E.R.™ offers guided workshops that blend education, reflection, and skill-building. Participants engage in discussions, grounding activities, and practical tools they can use in everyday life. This is not a lecture-based program—it is a shared healing experience designed to foster connection, confidence, and clarity.
Whether serving youth, young adults, or intergenerational groups, the program adapts to the needs of each community while maintaining its healing-centered foundation.
Rooted in Community, Designed for Impact
Led by Autumn’s Rainbow Youth Community Center in Detroit, the relaunch of For the Love of H.E.R.™ aligns with our broader mission to create spaces where healing and empowerment are accessible—not exclusive.
This program is not about fixing people. It’s about honoring stories, restoring power, and building pathways forward.
